Liza Vick

Liza Vick has been playing the flute since age 11 and received a BM in flute performance from West Chester University, an MM in Ethnomusicology, and a Master of Library Science degree from University of Maryland at College Park.  She has taught and performed in the Philadelphia and Washington, DC areas.  Most recently, she performed with the Pan American Symphony Orchestra, a woodwind quintet and the Columbia Flute Choir (in the DC area).  Her teachers have included Patricia Kendel, Emily Swartley-Newbold, Joel Behrens and Joan Sparks.  She has recently moved to the Boston area from California and is Music Reference and Research Services Librarian at the Eda Kuhn Loeb Music Library of Harvard University.
